About the role
- Lead the management and optimization of digital tools across North America, ensuring alignment and impact across wholesale and cross-functional teams
- Oversee seasonal and ad hoc tool setup, acting as the subject matter expert for automation and process integration
- Coordinate training, documentation, and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent tool usage and scalable learning
- Drive successful rollouts of new functionality through testing, change management, and stakeholder readiness
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align on strategy, share best practices, and represent North American priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field
- Minimum five years of experience in sales, operations, or systems support
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and other industry-relevant platforms preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Smartsheet experience a plus
