About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead overall sourcing business, operations, and functions in designated groups of factories/operations centers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local laws respecting human rights, health and safety.
- Build and maintain close working relationships with factory senior management and internal functional leads.
- Drive company key initiatives such as Quality, ME/CI, and supplier capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in engineering/product creation or related areas
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience, ideally 5 years in production creation/manufacturing and managerial positions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multidimensional teams.
