About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead overall sourcing business, operations, and functions in designated groups of factories/operations centers.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local laws respecting human rights, health and safety.
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with factory senior management and internal functional leads.
  • Drive company key initiatives such as Quality, ME/CI, and supplier capabilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in engineering/product creation or related areas
  • Minimum 7+ years of work experience, ideally 5 years in production creation/manufacturing and managerial positions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work with multidimensional teams.
