About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work at the heart of the Brand France organization.
  • You will play a key role in defining and steering the publishing and community partnerships engagement strategy for adidas France.
  • You will be responsible for developing and activating our ecosystem of community partners and creators on social networks, as well as for the performance of social media publishing plans across partner channels and adidas platforms.
  • With support from internal teams and agencies, you will identify, recruit and grow a diverse network of community partners and social creators, aligned with adidas France’s business priorities and global strategies and guidelines.
  • You will define and deploy local activation and engagement plans for partners and creators.
  • You will monitor activation performance, analyze consumer insights and produce regular reports.
  • You will lead the adidas Arena team, responsible for community programs and activations related to the major sponsorship of the adidas arena.
  • You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize the impact of activations and strengthen the community.
  • You will also oversee the execution of publishing strategies on partner channels and adidas platforms, ensuring smooth and effective coordination within the team.
  • You will ensure editorial consistency, content quality and compliance with brand identity and regulatory requirements.
  • You will help align editorial calendars, production and distribution plans while tracking performance to optimize engagement and audience growth.
  • You will ensure strategic alignment with Europe and Global teams to guarantee overall coherence and proactively contribute to future developments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have at least 10 years’ experience in publishing, digital, media or brand content, gained in demanding and structured environments.
  • You have proven team management experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role, and know how to unite, support and develop autonomous teams around common objectives.
  • You possess strong digital expertise, particularly in collaborating with social creators and large-scale media partners or platforms.
  • Comfortable managing high-stakes strategic partnerships, you know how to build lasting relationships and manage complex collaborations that create value for the brand.
  • With a strategic vision and excellent interpersonal skills, you operate comfortably in matrixed and international environments.
  • You combine influencing ability, a strong sense of priorities and a focus on execution, while maintaining a constant emphasis on team collaboration.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
