About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the commercial, financial and operational performance of a district of company-owned stores.
- Drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure an impeccable customer experience.
- Support field teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Define priorities and manage overall performance.
- Recruit, coach and develop Store Managers.
- Lead and motivate team performance.
- Ensure compliance with adidas standards for service, store presentation and merchandising.
- Ensure prominent presentation of key products in coordination with Visual Merchandising teams.
- Oversee stock management and stocktakes.
- Drive the financial performance of your district through regular P&L reviews.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain a regular in-store presence with frequent visits.
- Share operational needs and feedback with central teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of experience in retail.
- At least 3 years managing teams across multiple sites.
- Experience in demanding environments with proven ability to manage the commercial, financial and operational performance of multiple outlets.
- Recognized hands-on leader who can engage, develop and grow teams, especially Store Managers, while building long-lasting relationships of trust.
- Comfortable with financial and operational KPIs; use data to make informed decisions and drive performance.
- Enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and can operate effectively in a matrixed, international environment.
- Hold a higher education degree in business or equivalent.
- Proficient with digital tools.
- Fluent in French and English.
