About the role
- Be a brand ambassador by acting in line with our adidas values and by building a connection with our customers, delighting and inspiring them.
- Work collaboratively and support sales by assisting with merchandise handling (receiving and replenishment), so the store team can achieve its targets together.
- Take responsibility and be proactive about your development by completing all relevant training and applying it effectively on the sales floor.
Requirements
- At least 1 month of work experience in sales or another customer-facing area (hospitality, etc.).
- Understand store targets and the tools to interpret them. Actively work to achieve these targets to drive sales.
- Provide efficient customer service and demonstrate sales ability.
- Team player with resilience, a willingness to learn and curiosity, and strong communication skills.
