About the role
- Define a strategy of continuous improvement and manufacturing cost reduction
- Lead ad-hoc E&MI teams for various strategic projects
- Drive cross functional collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders
- Build and foster partnerships with leading institutions, technology vendors and suppliers
- Ensure all sourcing operations comply with adidas’ policies and legal requirements
- Develop and coach team to ensure high performance and succession plans
Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering or related areas
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Expert knowledge in product creation and manufacturing
- Strong influencing, people, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong Microsoft office skill
