About the role

  • Be a brand ambassador by acting in line with our adidas values and by building a connection with our customers to delight and inspire them.
  • Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (receiving and replenishing stock) to help the store team achieve its targets.
  • Take ownership and be proactive about your development by completing all relevant training and applying it effectively on the sales floor.

Requirements

  • At least 1 month of professional experience in sales or another customer-facing area (hospitality, etc.)
  • Understand store targets and the tools to interpret them. Actively work to achieve these goals to drive sales.
  • Efficient customer service and sales skills.
  • Team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious, with good communication skills.
