About the role

  • Analyze merchandise performance and forecast future results to support sales and margin growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and wholesale partners to align financial plans and deliver actionable insights

Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in merchandise planning, buying, or financial forecasting
  • Industry experience preferred but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Strong understanding of retail math and sell through data analysis
  • Ability to build and plan product assortments based on trends and account needs
  • Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable solutions
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced presentation and communication skills across business levels
