About the role
- Be a brand ambassador by acting in line with our adidas values and connecting with customers to excite and inspire them
- Work collaboratively and support sales by assisting with merchandising tasks (receiving and restocking) to help the store team achieve its targets
- Take responsibility and be proactive about your development by completing all relevant training and applying it effectively on the sales floor
Requirements
- At least 1 month of work experience in retail or another customer-facing role (hospitality, etc.)
- Familiarity with store targets and the tools used to interpret them
- Actively work to achieve these targets to help drive sales
- Provide efficient customer service and demonstrate sales aptitude
- Team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious, with strong communication skills
