About the role
- Develop industry-leading creative solutions for assigned concepts or categories
- Collaborate on technical aspects, materials, and speed to market
- Manage projects and cross-functional interactions with Design, Marketing, Sourcing, T1 & T2
- Convert creative design concepts into detailed technical packages
- Own the update of technical packs for all carry-over styles and color-up additions
- Support preseason preparation based on global HQ's seasonal priorities
- Collaborate with HQ/Sourcing/T1&T2 teams to ensure holistic storytelling
- Create a comprehensive tech pack that aligns with the global brief
Requirements
- University/Design School graduate in the area of Industrial Design.
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of lifestyle and sport culture
- Knowledge of the commercial channel beneficial
- Excellent English knowledge (oral & written).
