About the role

  • Ensure development, facilitate and lead Franchise Business model operations.
  • Increase comp productivity (ns/sqm) to drive franchise channel profitability.
  • Be the point of contact to franchisee partners providing support and accountability.
  • Provide regular support to franchisee partners for commercial success.
  • Evaluate partner organization and give recommendations to improve sell out.
  • Give recommendations of key staff recruitment to deliver on global policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Retail, Wholesale, Franchise or similar channels.
  • Experience managing key partners such as wholesalers or franchisees.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to drive expansion, improve processes.
  • Retail know‑how to assess store execution through regular visits.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience leading teams and working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, Training.
  • Analytical mindset to review franchise performance, identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Willingness to travel regularly (2 times a month approx.) across the country.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
