About the role
- Support the creation of the Integrated Business Plan (IBP)/Operational Demand Plan (ODP)
- Provide thorough analysis of the Biz segments
- Drive the Open-to-Buy alignment between Biz Segments/Channel/Country
- Create the RDP (rolling demand plan) process of the Biz Segments across channels and countries
- Deploy margin analysis of the Biz Segments across channel/countries
- Influence inventory management of the Biz Segments by analyzing excess inventory
- Drive communication of the Biz Segments numbers to Sr. Manager DP
- Influence Biz Segments on tactical decisions to improve financial results
- Develop a common language with Supply Chain and Biz Segments
Requirements
- 10 Years of experience
- English Proficiency B2 or above
- Strong background in finance and demand planning
- Stakeholder management across different levels of the organization
