About the role
- Managing categories with customers within our strategic channel in an efficient, effective and profitable manner
- Driving towards sales targets – units, volume, profit & Market Share
- Delivering excellent brand image and positioning within retailers
- Build strong relationships with your customers
- Sell In future season’s range and take future orders
- Manage the orderbook into your customer base
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to achieve shared KPIs- such as account operations and marketing teams
- Continually review and deliver against your objectives, as agreed with your line manager
Requirements
- A strong passion for our brand and products is essential
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Sporting Good Industry
- Commercial awareness & business acumen
- Customer focus and able to build strong relationships
- Strong organisation skills and ability prioritise tasks
