About the role
- Lead and drive the Concept to Consumer and GTM process
- Lead range & assortment plans by store formats out of Greater China Area (GCA)
- Key contact to GCA/GLOBAL BU teams and local channel teams on range specific topics & concepts
- Collaborate effectively cross functionally across marketing, and with key business partners
- Lead regular category performance review
Requirements
- 10+ years progressive experience in product/merchandising, marketing and/or sales
- Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree a plus
- Solid understanding of sales mechanics in online and B&M
- Industry knowledge of sporting goods (or other consumer goods)
- Fluent in English & Cantonese, other GCA/GLOBAL language will be beneficial.
