About the role
- Resource and process optimization: Effectively allocate store resources and organize processes to improve productivity by understanding and adjusting KPIs and performance data.
- Customer experience and sales: Act as a role model in customer service, using advanced sales techniques to drive revenue and build brand loyalty.
- Team management and training: Supervise and coordinate the store team to ensure exceptional service, training team members to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Support and internal communication: Assist with talent selection and promote internal communication.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months' previous experience in the retail sector: customer-focused with substantial sales experience.
- Ability to understand the business, operations and the sector.
- Experience in managing, coordinating and supervising teams.
- High level of English (fluent English).
