About the role
- Be a brand ambassador by acting in line with our adidas values and by connecting with customers to delight and inspire them.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise operations (delivery and restocking) to help the team achieve store targets.
- Take responsibility and be proactive in your development by completing all relevant training and applying it effectively on the sales floor.
Requirements
- At least 1 month of work experience in retail or another customer-facing area (hospitality, etc.)
- Understand store targets and the tools to interpret them. Actively work to achieve them to drive sales.
- Deliver efficient customer service and demonstrate sales aptitude.
- Team player, resilient, eager to learn and curious, with strong communication skills.
