About the role

Requirements

  • At least 18 months of professional experience in a customer- and commercially-focused retail environment in the sports/fashion sector, including more than 12 months in a Store Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
  • Proven skills in training and team building; a degree or qualification in management is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to maximize business profitability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Goal- and process-oriented
  • Efficient decision-making skills
  • Understanding of store needs and ability to act accordingly
  • Good time management
  • Team leadership
  • Ability to plan, organize, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in MS Office and Power BI
