About the role

  • Support the DPC Customer Experience team with a consistent execution of projects, best practices and tools across the E-Commerce channel
  • Lead catalog and customer experience projects for new and existing partners
  • Manage cataloging agencies to ensure accurate product publication and high quality customer experience
  • Define catalog KPIs and evaluate content quality to drive continuous improvement
  • Use data to guide content and customer experience decisions based on performance and trends
  • Implement enriched content to improve engagement and conversion
  • Coordinate catalog and customer experience projects with top digital partners in the region
  • Ensure timely and accurate product content across all digital touchpoints
  • Align with internal and external teams to optimize the digital customer journey
  • Set and manage project timelines and priorities with country teams
  • Analyze results and replicate best practices across markets
  • Build strong partnerships with Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and E-Commerce teams
  • Collaborate with DPC Business Analytics to improve reporting and performance tracking
  • Provide local insights to strengthen regional customer experience strategies

Requirements

  • University degree in the field of Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • 3+ years of professional experience, 2+ years in E-Commerce
  • Experience in digital catalog management systems such as PIM, middleware, and marketplaces
  • Ideally experience in E-Commerce product description page design and management
  • Sportswear industry experience is a plus
  • Experience in working in cross-functional environments coordinating a diverse stakeholder set with different backgrounds and motivations
  • Good project management skills, including the ability to lead several projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills and ability to convince people of proposed way of action
  • Innovative mindset and results oriented hands-on-keyboard attitude
  • Very good understanding of digital customer journey and online product presentation best practices
  • Basic technical knowledge of E-Commerce front-end and on-site search mechanics
  • Understanding of retailer's operational processes and metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English, both verbally and written is a must
  • Portuguese is a plus
