About the role
- Drive strategic recruitment initiatives for the organization
- Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for retail roles
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with HR, hiring managers, and stakeholders
- Position the organization as an employer of choice
- Build and sustain talent pools for critical roles
- Ensure positive candidate experience from initial engagement through onboarding
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver regular KPI reports

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment within the UAE market (Retail recruitment an advantage)
- Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting ERP platforms (SuccessFactors preferred)
