About the role

  • Work closely with senior leaders to help guide the business toward financial and strategic goals.
  • Provide clear visibility of performance through cost analysis, performance tracking, and relevant KPIs.
  • Support leaders with data-driven insights that clarify how key cost and service drivers impact the business.
  • Promote best practices and process improvements to increase efficiency across the organization.
  • Build and review investment cases, ensure data accuracy, and perform post-implementation reviews to capture key learnings.
  • Create clear communication materials, use advanced analytical tools, and manage standardized reports as well as ad-hoc analysis.
  • Lead small to medium finance projects, drive implementation, and ensure sustainable impact.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, International Management, or Economics.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in Finance, with strong skills in financial analysis, controlling, and business partnering.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong controlling skills in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management with IFRS knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SAP (controlling module) and analytics tools are a plus.
