About the role
- Knows the store targets and actively works to achieve or exceed them, using all available resources
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates suggestions to Store Management to drive business success
- Serves as a role model in Customer Service and boosts sales and the brand by applying advanced sales techniques and relevant elements from the Customer Charter
- Shares their Customer Service experience and coaches selected colleagues to help them deepen their skills in this area
- Adheres to rules and procedures (SOM regulations) that apply to the store and maintains a safe and pleasant shopping and working environment
Requirements
- Retail qualification or training as a sales associate and several years of professional experience
- At least one year of professional experience in sports and/or fashion retail, advanced sales experience and a solid understanding of product, retail and the industry
- Basic knowledge of English
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills and advanced communication abilities
