About the role
- Be a brand ambassador by acting in accordance with our adidas values and building a connection with customers, delighting and inspiring them.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise operations (receiving and restocking) to help the store team reach its targets.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your development by completing all relevant training and applying it effectively on the sales floor.
Requirements
- At least 1 month of work experience in sales or another customer-facing role (hospitality, etc.).
- Understand store targets and the tools to interpret them. Actively work to achieve these to drive sales.
- Provide efficient customer service and demonstrate sales ability.
- Team player, able to work under pressure, eager to learn and curious, with good communication skills.
