About the role

  • Lead the marketing strategy for Amazon while ensuring alignment with the other WHS digital leads
  • Develop, optimize, and manage RMN investments to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sell-through across digital platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven media strategies and ensure alignment with commercial objectives while maximizing ROAS
  • Oversee content creation, media investments, performance tracking, and digital retail marketing activations to enhance consumer engagement and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute RMN strategy for Amazon and share learnings across other retail media platforms
  • Plan, execute, and report digital media investments to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion across digital retail
  • Ensure RMN activations align with brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
  • Partner with external RMNs, agencies, and digital publishers for best-in-class execution
  • Lead paid media and content marketing strategies within wholesale digital environments
  • Oversee display, sponsored search, and programmatic media within RMN platforms, optimizing for cost efficiency and performance KPIs
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications and Digital Activation teams for tailored content
  • Own marketing strategy and budget for content, retail and RMN, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROAS
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness, SOV, and media efficiency
  • Analyze retailer sales data, consumer insights, and digital KPIs to drive optimization strategies
  • Work closely with Sales and Merchandising, Finance, Business Development, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market plans
  • Manage direct reports and cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Retail Media Networks (RMNs), paid media, and ecommerce digital advertising
  • Proven ability to optimize retail media investments and drive measurable growth through paid media
  • Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, analytics, and media reporting
  • Experience managing large go to market calendars and budgets to drive ROI
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams and external partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute complex digital marketing campaigns
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, retail media, ecommerce, or paid media strategy
  • Proven track record of managing Retail Media Network (RMN) strategies across wholesale or ecommerce partners
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in media performance measurement, ROAS tracking, and KPI reporting
  • Previous experience in wholesale, consumer retail, or digital commerce preferred
  • Advanced Excel and media analytics platform proficiency
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
