About the role
- Build the sales department and continuously develop the sales team
- Conduct consultative meetings with pre-qualified B2B leads (agencies, brands, trades) and close deals
- Maximize customer value — create long-term customer relationships and execute upsells to continuously increase revenue per customer
- Optimize and scale sales processes — analyze and report on KPIs and optimize the CRM tool (Close)
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure a steady lead flow
- Create and maintain meaningful dashboards and report to the CEO
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales — ideally in agency, coaching, or consulting sectors (tele-sales)
- Closing-oriented mindset — you can professionally handle customer objections and guide them to a clear decision
- Strong communication skills — you can build trust, persuade, and communicate with confidence
- Leadership skills — able to build, motivate, and develop a team
- Personal accountability — you take full responsibility for sales and do not rely solely on incoming leads
