About the role
- Support basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks, such as recording invoices in our accounting system.
- Enter revenue invoices accurately based on confirmed information provided by the team.
- Communicate with Business Development (BD) team members to receive revenue details needed for data entry.
- Receive, gather from provided platforms, organize, and upload financial and supporting documentation.
- Maintain simple and structured folder organization according to internal guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
- Assist with other basic bookkeeping or administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Interest in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a strong plus; experience with similar accounting software is also acceptable.
- Working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow clear instructions.
- Willingness to learn and improve processes over time.
