About the role

  • Support basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks, such as recording invoices in our accounting system.
  • Enter revenue invoices accurately based on confirmed information provided by the team.
  • Communicate with Business Development (BD) team members to receive revenue details needed for data entry.
  • Receive, gather from provided platforms, organize, and upload financial and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain simple and structured folder organization according to internal guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
  • Assist with other basic bookkeeping or administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Interest in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a strong plus; experience with similar accounting software is also acceptable.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow clear instructions.
  • Willingness to learn and improve processes over time.
