Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting salaried or professional roles
Experience managing requisitions and partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach methods
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
