About the role

  • Support for strategic and cross-functional projects
  • Research and preparation of market, competitor, and company analyses
  • Preparation of presentations and decision papers for management
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of meetings (e.g., All-Hands, management meetings)
  • Development and updating of KPI overviews as well as automation of dashboards and reports
  • Participation in structuring, preparing, and tracking OKR cycles
  • Support for internal communications and cross-team coordination

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Management or a related field (Master’s level preferred)
  • Relevant practical experience through internships or working-student positions in a strategic, consulting-related, or entrepreneurial environment
  • Structured, meticulous and independent working style
  • Strong analytical thinking skills
  • Enthusiasm for strategic topics
  • Clear and professional communication
  • Cross-team collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
