About the role
- Operate, maintain, and further develop Linux-based system landscapes in public, private, and hybrid cloud environments
- Automate infrastructure using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, or Argo CD
- Incident handling, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Close collaboration with DevOps teams and customer projects to ensure stable and scalable environments
- Contribute to internal best practices and actively share knowledge within the team
Requirements
- Several years of experience in system engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering
- Confident working knowledge of Linux, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and modern cloud stacks
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation
- Understanding of networking, security concepts, and distributed systems
- Passion for technology, openness to new approaches, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Fluent German (at least C1) and good technical English skills
- Independent, structured working style — and genuine enthusiasm for remote teamwork
