About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support in planning and implementing internal projects and processes
Preparation of presentations and analyses, e.g., monthly stakeholder presentations
Reviewing, developing and creating templates for proposals, and producing reports using built-in reporting and dashboard solutions in Salesforce / Sales Cloud
Supporting the team in day-to-day operational activities
Conducting research and data analyses, e.g., using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Contributing to the improvement of workflows and operational efficiency
Proactively following up and supporting the team to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least three successfully completed semesters, ideally in a business-related field, with initial practical experience, or a completed vocational training
Strong enthusiasm for software and digital applications
Clear task orientation and a hands-on mentality
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Strong analytical and structured thinking for creating and evaluating reports and presentations, combined with a solid understanding of processes
Proactive working style to follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed on time
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Independent and self-organized way of working, as we primarily work remotely from a home office
