About the role
- Collaborate with the Industry Core Team for Pharma, Healthcare & Chemicals with a clear focus on Sales Enablement
- Support sales administration and reporting: CRM/Salesforce maintenance and analysis; preparing forecasts; creating and distributing newsletters
- Assist in preparing sales collateral, marketing materials and points of view (PoVs)
- Support internal and external sales and communications activities
- Organize and coordinate account meetings, team events and client appointments
- Proactively follow up on action items and support the team to ensure timely completion
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing and sales activities, e.g.: LinkedIn campaigns, client events
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration or a comparable degree program
- Very good MS Office skills with a strong IT affinity and the ability to quickly learn and efficiently use IT applications
- Independent and well‑organized working style, especially when working in a virtual team
- Proactive approach to tracking tasks and ensuring timely completion, paired with a hands‑on mentality
- Enjoyment of project work and a desire for personal and professional development
- Very good written and spoken German and English
