About the role

  • Work with our Organizational Development team both internally at AdEx and remotely with our clients
  • Independently manage and take responsibility for your own work packages
  • Support the development and implementation of go-to-market and sales strategies and concepts
  • Plan and conduct our AdEx maturity assessment
  • Design internal and external communications initiatives to strengthen the Organizational Development brand

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in (business) psychology, business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Initial practical experience in consulting
  • First experience in organizational development (organization design, change management, talent development, leadership development) or in sales/business development within consulting is a PLUS
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office 365 and various AI tools
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Enjoyment of working on projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, especially within a virtual team
  • Interest in and availability for longer-term collaboration (at least 1 year)
