About the role

  • Work with our Organizational Development team both internally at AdEx and remotely at client sites
  • Independently manage and take responsibility for your own work packages
  • Support the development and implementation of go-to-market and sales strategies and concepts
  • Plan and conduct our AdEx maturity assessment
  • Design internal and external communication measures to strengthen the Organizational Development brand

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Psychology, Economics/Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Some practical experience in consulting
  • Initial experience in organizational development (organization design, change management, talent development, leadership development) or experience in sales/business development within consulting is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and various AI tools
  • Fluent German and English, written and spoken
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Enjoy working on projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, especially within a virtual team
  • Interest in and availability for longer-term collaboration (minimum 1 year)
