About the role
- Work with our Organizational Development team both internally at AdEx and remotely at client sites
- Independently manage and take responsibility for your own work packages
- Support the development and implementation of go-to-market and sales strategies and concepts
- Plan and conduct our AdEx maturity assessment
- Design internal and external communication measures to strengthen the Organizational Development brand
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in (Business) Psychology, Economics/Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Some practical experience in consulting
- Initial experience in organizational development (organization design, change management, talent development, leadership development) or experience in sales/business development within consulting is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and various AI tools
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Enjoy working on projects
- Ability to work independently and in a self-organized manner, especially within a virtual team
- Interest in and availability for longer-term collaboration (minimum 1 year)
