About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

**What will the responsibilities and challenges be? 📝**
Provide operational support for activities related to the Indirect Procurement (Purchasing) area of the Shared Services Center (SSC);
Assist in analyzing, approving and requesting corrections for purchase requisitions, comparing them to purchase orders generated through the Smarkets Fast platform;
Review and approve purchase orders on the marketplace platform;
Issue purchase orders in SAP, following supplier billing statements and correctly considering taxes (VAT), payment terms and delivery dates;
Maintain internal spreadsheets to track issued purchase orders;
Respond to requests related to operations on the Smarkets Fast platform;
Assist with the onboarding of new material records and support completion and follow-up of customer registrations;
Request correction of critical data in material, supplier and customer master records;
Follow up on purchase orders;
Provide support to internal stakeholders;
Conduct low-complexity SPOT quotations;
Support management in routine tracking and in preparing reports on the area’s service activities;

Requirements

What you’ll need

**What will we evaluate?🔎**
Enrolled in Business Administration or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Experience with SAP will be considered a differential;
