About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to the development, maintenance and improvement of systems and technological solutions;
The junior analyst plays a supporting role within the IT team, carrying out more operational and support-related activities;
Provide technical support to users;
Help diagnose and resolve issues that arise in production systems, providing first-level support;
Participate in the gathering and analysis of user needs to understand what the system must deliver;
Assist in documenting technical and functional requirements for system and solution development;
Perform preventive maintenance on existing systems to ensure proper operation and continuity of services;
Apply fixes to systems and applications as identified through monitoring or user feedback;
Create and update manuals, system documentation and development process records;
Document changes made to the system, such as code adjustments, enhancements or requirement changes;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development or a related field;
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux or macOS);
Basic understanding of security in software development (encryption, authentication, authorization and coding best practices);
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Qualitor and Microsoft Teams for project, task and communication management;
Experience preparing and updating technical documentation for systems and code;
Experience with support and system maintenance routines will be considered a plus;
