Benefits Analyst, Mid-level

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage corporate benefits, ensuring procurement, monthly availability and compliance with deadlines and internal policies.
- Monitor benefit enrollments and changes, advising business units on eligibility, rules and applicable procedures.
- Process, verify and track invoices, payment slips and related documents, ensuring proper payment flow with Tax and Finance areas.
- Provide support to local People & Organization (P&O) and Business Partners, answering queries and supporting adjustments and improvements to processes.
- Support the review, updating and standardization of benefits policies, aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Perform monthly control and allocation of benefits costs, ensuring correct accounting in payroll.
- Administer benefits such as Group Life Insurance, including sending information to the insurer and monitoring claims.
- Prepare and monitor area KPIs, tracking costs, enrollments, utilization and movements to support decision-making.
- Manage vendor contracts, including negotiations, renewals and migrations, in partnership with Procurement to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct market analyses and benefits benchmarking, identifying trends and opportunities to improve employee experience and cost efficiency.
- Propose continuous improvements to benefits processes, focusing on optimization, security and operational efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience in benefits administration.
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation as applied to benefits.
- Experience administering corporate benefits.
- Experience in market analysis and benefits benchmarking.
- Knowledge of benefits metrics and controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite at intermediate/advanced level.
- Experience with the Protheus/TOTVS system.
