About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer corporate benefits, ensuring purchases, movements and availability to employees within established deadlines.
- Monitor eligibility, rules and benefit movements, providing support to business units, local People & Organization (P&O) teams and Business Partners.
- Process and track invoices, payment slips and documents related to benefits, ensuring correct payment flow with Finance and Tax departments.
- Support the review, update and standardization of benefits policies and procedures aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Reconcile and allocate benefits costs, ensuring proper accounting and integration with payroll.
- Manage processes related to Group Life Insurance, including sending information to the insurer and monitoring claims.
- Drive continuous improvements in benefits processes to increase efficiency, operational reliability and quality of deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree.
- Knowledge of corporate benefits administration.
- Basic understanding of labor law as it applies to benefits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on controls and data tracking.
- Experience verifying invoices and performing administrative routines.
- Experience with Protheus/TOTVS is considered a plus.
