Serve as a systems administrator and technical subject matter expert for projects and enhancements supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Atlassian, and additional financial management /professional services platforms
Execute day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce, Atlassian, and other platforms
Brainstorm, design, craft and implement enhancements based on business needs
Create/manage Price Books, Product Rules and Price Rules in CPQ to support Sales/Finance
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, flows, and related security/configuration
Manage Email-to-Case and other Service Cloud settings
Provide support to internal resources to resolve system errors/issues
Evaluate and manage new platform release updates, and provide training and support
Partner with Business Systems team and stakeholders across Sales, Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and more to drive continuous improvement and accelerate market growth
Requirements
2-4 years experience as a Systems Administrator
Salesforce Administrator certification or another relevant certification required
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing platform and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Atlassian
Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Technical curiosity and strong desire for automation and continuous improvement
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CPQ
Preferred: Experience managing/building customer Community sites
