About the role

  • Serve as a systems administrator and technical subject matter expert for projects and enhancements supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Atlassian, and additional financial management /professional services platforms
  • Execute day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of Salesforce, Atlassian, and other platforms
  • Brainstorm, design, craft and implement enhancements based on business needs
  • Create/manage Price Books, Product Rules and Price Rules in CPQ to support Sales/Finance
  • Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, groups, sharing rules, flows, and related security/configuration
  • Manage Email-to-Case and other Service Cloud settings
  • Provide support to internal resources to resolve system errors/issues
  • Evaluate and manage new platform release updates, and provide training and support
  • Partner with Business Systems team and stakeholders across Sales, Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and more to drive continuous improvement and accelerate market growth

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience as a Systems Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator certification or another relevant certification required
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing platform and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or Atlassian
  • Manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Technical curiosity and strong desire for automation and continuous improvement
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Preferred: Experience managing/building customer Community sites
