About the role
- Drive forward-looking and value-creating initiatives and own strategic financial modeling across M&A, pricing, and long-term planning
- Build detailed financial models for acquisitions, including valuation, accretion/dilution, and synergy analysis
- Partner with corporate development and business leaders on due diligence
- Lead pricing and packaging analyses to shape go-to-market strategy and optimize margin expansion
- Develop and maintain 5+ year financial models, scenario plans, and capital allocation frameworks
- Deliver strategic modeling and recommendations to CFO, executive leadership, and board
- Provide ad hoc data-driven analysis on high-priority initiatives from growth opportunities to efficiency levers
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance
- Exceptional financial modeling skills (M&A, valuation, scenario planning, pricing)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate numbers into strategy
- Excellent communication skills with executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
- Ready to apply transaction experience in a corporate environment with exposure to enterprise-level decision-making
