About the role
- Driving revenue growth and expanding market share across the United States and Canada.
- Owning the regional sales strategy for Aderant’s portfolio of legal software solutions.
- Partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Services to deliver predictable growth.
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects.
- Leading, coaching, and scaling a distributed team of sales leaders and individual contributors.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven success selling complex, high-value software solutions to professional services organizations (legal industry experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams across large geographies
- Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach to forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
