About the role
- Lead the full product lifecycle for the Talent Management Solutions portfolio
- Engage directly with our legal clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop clear, actionable product requirements
- Partner with engineering to deliver roadmap capabilities
- Collaborate with Support, Client Services, Professional Services, and Sales
- Work closely with program management and marketing to define and drive go-to-market plans
- Support strategic initiatives including customer adoption programs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of software product management experience
- Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- History of collaborating closely with engineering teams
- Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities
- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Ability to travel up to 25% to customer and non-customer sites
