Partner with stakeholders across the business to capture, analyze, and validate requirements, using insights from diverse data sources.
Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Investigate and troubleshoot process and system inefficiencies, identify root causes, and deliver best-practice solutions.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment and clear expectations with stakeholders.
Lead change management and enablement efforts, ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies.
Champion process automation and AI opportunities to streamline operations and enhance business outcomes.
Serve as a key partner to Finance, Legal, Sales, Professional Services, and other functions in driving enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
Leverage deep expertise in finance and legal operations—including Quote-to-Cash (QTC)—to optimize systems and processes with a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement, and AI-driven solutions.
Requirements
4+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a related operations/analyst role with Salesforce.
Subject matter expert on Quote to Cash process
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
A strategic thinker who is comfortable challenging the status quo and designing scalable, future-forward processes.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Salesforce Administrator certification.
Experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems.
