About the role
- Provide administrative support to the HSE team at Diversey Cotes Park site.
- Monitor, track, chase, and help close out outstanding HSE actions and corrective measures.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely updates and accurate flow of information.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support site compliance.
- Assist in coordinating site safety initiatives, audits, and meetings.
- Ensure progress is tracked and maintain clear communication across internal teams.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to track and manage multiple actions effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably within HSE or a manufacturing environment) is advantageous.
