Account Manager – Marketplace, Logistics
ADEO ServicesLogistics Account Manager overseeing Marketplace order delivery operations. Developing Fulfillment services and ensuring smooth seller onboarding and performance monitoring.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on Marketplace order delivery from the click to the customer’s door.
- Coordinate product storage, picking, shipping and returns management.
- Develop and grow Fulfillment by Leroy Merlin.
- Identify and reach out to eligible sellers.
- Lead onboarding of new sellers and provide first-level support.
- Monitor seller adoption and performance and report any risks or drops in activity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in account management or business development.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and data (Excel, dashboards, Mirakl or CRM tools).
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple sellers and projects in parallel.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or fulfillment is a plus.
