About the role
- Support Western Europe Sourcing: identify and reach out to potential new suppliers
- Present ADEO and its strategic priorities to prospective partners
- Conduct initial analyses of sourced company profiles
- Ensure a rigorous pre-selection process
- Analyze suppliers’ logistics costs and Supply Chain models
- Record and monitor price fluctuations
- Share data analyses to support decision-making
- Communicate daily with suppliers to follow up on files
- Work closely with the Paint and Coating market team
Requirements
- Bachelor's +4/5 (equivalent Master's level) in business school or engineering
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong adaptability
- Open-minded and curious
- Good communication skills and interpersonal ease
- Basic understanding of supply chain
- Analytical and synthesize information with rigor
- Fluent in English and French (around C1 level)
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of cost breakdown analysis (ABC method, Cost Breakdown)
- Comfortable using Google Suite applications (Sheets, Slides)
