About the role

  • Lead the Engineering teams for 4 digital products
  • Collaborate with Business Product Managers
  • Manage staffing and oversee developers
  • Design, develop, test, document, deploy, maintain and operate digital products
  • Ensure technological challenges are resolved
  • Deliver reliable results aligned with platform objectives
  • Work with Product Managers on concrete technical plans
  • Identify training needs and promote skills development

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Proven experience managing technical teams
  • Experience leading engineering teams and managing large-scale IT projects
  • Strong engineering culture, focus on code quality and development best practices
  • Comfortable handling critical operational issues
  • Leadership in an agile, fast-changing environment
  • Ability to challenge teams and provide technical support
  • Recognised for attentive listening, constructive feedback and ability to develop team members
  • Curious and pedagogical, with a passion for knowledge transfer
  • English level: B2
