• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Maintain timely documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports
• Stay current with evidence-based practices and treatment modalities
• Collaborate with school staff, insurance providers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in school and community activities as needed
• Offer clinical consultation and support to relevant parties
