About the role

  • Support the structuring and management of digital communities.
  • Monitor interactions and conversations across multiple platforms.
  • Identify recurring themes, insights and opportunities within communities.
  • Act as the point of contact between communities and internal teams.
  • Support engagement initiatives and relationship-building with partners.
  • Consolidate reports, learnings and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing, moderating and engaging online communities.
  • Experience with engagement projects, advocacy programs or ambassador initiatives.
  • Experience monitoring conversations and analyzing digital interactions.
  • Strong written communication, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Advantage: experience with B2B communities or partners in the food sector (restaurants).
