Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related fields
  • English proficiency preferred
  • Experience with payroll and HR subsystems
  • E-Social
  • Legal and regulatory obligations
  • Payroll calculations
  • DCTFWeb
  • Payroll charges (INSS, Income Tax)
  • Vacation and terminations
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Velocap)
  • Ability to work with AI, BI and Alteryx
  • Knowledge of the SFW system will be considered a plus
