About the role

- Comfortable working without clean schemas or a well-defined metrics layer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous questions into clear, data-driven narratives.
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-accountability environment and can work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience designing, maintaining, and optimizing data models, dashboards, and reporting pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Passionate about our mission to make personalized financial expertise more inclusive and accessible.
