About the role
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to detect defects, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks.
- Report, document, and track defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and architects to understand features and technical implementations.
- Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure stability and scalability.
- Drive compliance with QA best practices and continuously improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a QA Engineer with exposure to complex systems or large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
- Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Strong problem-solving drive with a proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset.
- Skilled at stakeholder management, with excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Background in technology education or prior experience as a developer/tester.
- Experience with large initiatives, complex integrations, or mainframe systems (AS-400) is a plus.
